5w&1d Spotting

I am 5 weeks & 1 day pregnant.. I just went to the restroom & just had very light pink spotting.. it was only when I wiped the first time, went back to use the restroom a second time & it stopped.. is it normal to spot? I haven’t had any cramping.. I had a miscarriage back in October & I work at a daycare where I lift kids all day..
