FREAKING OUT... HELP!!

I went to the doctor yesterday and she was surprised at how much he had dropped so she checked me and I'm 1cm dilated and she felt his head.... Now I just got up to pee & emptied my bladder, put on a panty liners cause I've been having a little discharge but its like i feel a trickling... Could that be my amniotic fluid leaking?! Do I need to call my doctor? It doesn't really have a smell. I'm nervous. What does amniotic fluid look like?! It just feels like I peed a little bit after I just peed...🤦
