On Monday I was taken to the emergency room for severe chest pains. I was diagnosed with costochondritis. Ever since then, the pain has progressively gotten worse every day. I went to my primary care doctor and she prescribed me Tramadol, cyclobenzaprine, and ibuprofen. I’ve been taking them as directed and have been using both a heating pad and ice pack constantly. Nothing seems to be working for the pain, it just keeps getting worse!

Have any of y’all had this before and know of some other ways to relieve the pain (such as exercise and any other home remedies)? Anything helps!
