Increase supply
So my daughter is 6 months and we feed on demand. I noticed a weeks ago that my supply dropped. My boobs feel empty all the time and we nurse basically anytime she is fussy. She was on a sleep schedule for a while and then started waking up every two hours so I feel I’m not producing enough milk to fill her up. What are some ways or things I can take to increase my supply?
