Trying to conceive

Hi everyone my name is Natalie. I downloaded this app a while ago to track my periods as they were quite irregular. Now I have the man of my dreams and we want to start our little family. I feel like sometimes I can't talk to my friends about this stuff but I'm hoping I can get some help or insight from you guys. I have endometriosis and I'm trying which scares me. I took an ovulation test and it showed I was ovulating so we've been trying every day this week before, during, and after ovulation day. Am I doing this right? Should I be doing anything else?
