My first day of being healthy. Am I doing okay? 😬

So I couldn’t eat breakfast or else I would have had this for breakfast, not lunch. But I made a green smoothie with fruit and spinach. I also had a bagel with a non dairy butter. I would have only had half a bagel but I had to have bloodwork done so I couldn’t eat until I got home which was 12:30. Is that an okay meal? I’m worried because of the fruit in the smoothie. The sugar. And then I had a bagel which is obviously carbs but I was really hungry so I ate a whole one.

I want to go to the gym and workout but I’m really nervous to go. I’m very self conscious. I don’t have proper clothing either so im going in baggy sweatpants and a t shirt.
