So my boss called me fat...
So I started working a new office job. This man I work for is freaking amazing.
But I stayed at my old job partime (horeca) cause they had a staff shortage.
No problem. But they still had to look for another full and parttimer cause I have a really bad back.
Fist week al was fine
Second week (3 weeks ago) he made a joke about me getting fuller at the hips and tummie
So that hurted me cause my weight has always been a struggle.
(I have weight 100 kilos am now around 80 and I'm not totally fine with it)
So I started going to the gym. Just a little cycling. Nothing special or really intensive.
De 3th week nothing happened they only started bitching about me being tired, and taking pain killers for my back
The forth week (so last Saturday) we had staff meal. My boss said give her a lot less cause she is growing to much!
I did let it go. Until there was more bitching. Saying I don't have nothing to do the whole week except working.
Than after that again they said I had to go to the gym or something!
The end result me packing my stuff and leaving while service wass still going.
In the end it makes me better.
I don't have the stress of them and the work stessing me out.
I go to the gym cause I want to get fit not because I feel fat!
So the first week of fully working out I made a picture and am going to make much more of my progress of making me happy with me, myself and I.
My boyfriend supports me, not cause he thinks I'm fat cause he tells me all the time I'm the most beautiful he has ever seen. But because he wants me to se me as I am. A beautiful and powerful woman.
Cause people are bitching about this sig.
2 weeks ago I smoked a pack a day. Now it's a pack a week.
In 2 weeks I will do a pack a 2 weeks. And so on.
So yeah my weight is a concern for me my smoking not so much cause am handeling this really well right now.
Update: so far so good. Am happy at my new job. Started working out 3-4 days a week with an awesome personal trainer who even checks in on me on my days of to see if I'm not to sore or having back pains (I have a dehydration in my spine so lost 2,5 Between vertebrae I hope I wrote that right)
And lost 3.5 kilo's so far my body is getting more toned and I will make pictures when the first month of training is over.
At the other side my boyfriend started getting angry at me about literally nothing (I didn't spend enough time with him and was more focused on me than on pleasing him) so he broke up with me. Tried to get back together. When I said I wanted to work on myself and if he could not respect that our relationship was meant to fail from that point on.
So he said a lot of angry sh*'t and started emotionally hurting me on purpose. So we ended things in a crappy way to say it nicely..
But overall I feel great am not really sad about it but of course it hurts a lot to break up with the love of my life (at least I still think he is)
Progress of 3 weeks of training and minding how much is eat. Of course it's not going as fast as I want to but there is progress.
