IDK whats going on

Hey new to this group but need to know asap okay I have it came on my period in a month in a day on the 23 of January I was told I was pregnant then on the 29th I was bleeding after that Feb came I have never got my period in now we are in a new month I always come on the 1st of ever month I have been camping in everything did 2 hpt in both came back negative we are trying for a baby I never had this happen i have 3 boys now in this never happen when I dont come on im always pregnant what can be going on i need help
