Last week on Friday February the 22nd I went in for an ultrasound at 7 weeks and 6 days. The baby was a good size and the heartbeat was normal at 145bpm. The only concern was the sac was 11 days behind and they said let’s wait to see if it grows. So I went back today at 8 weeks and 6 days. The baby was much bigger which means it had grown but heartbeat had stopped. It must have happen recently since the baby was bigger then last week. This was my first pregnancy after 3 failed

attempt. I’m 38 years old and my husband and I have been trying for a long time. Unexplained infertility issues. I m so lost for words we wanted this so bad after going through this long process. I’m trying to grieve and it’s hard knowing the baby still sitting inside and not alive. They gave me options to decide how I want my miscarriage done. I could take medications that will expel everything but it comes along with major pain for four hours . I could let it happen naturally but that can take weeks. Or I can have an mva procedure done at the hospital which is the least painful. I don’t think I want to wait it out to take its course because I’ve had nauseas everyday all day and to having to go through it longer would be difficult. Any of you ladies who have gone through this can suggest which option you would recommend? I’m Leaning more towards the Mva only because it’s less painful less bleeding because I have boarder line iron levels. I’m only a little scared about the low risk of scar tissue during procedure. Some advice would be helpful thank you. 😞💔
