No symptoms

I had a ultrasound two weeks ago and I should have been 7 weeks but I only measured 5 so she was unable to see anything but the sack. I have had a very dark brown discharge that lasted about a week it has stopped now. I’ve had some cramping but that is normal for me because I have endometriosis and PCOS. But I have no symptoms aside from not being hungry but eating everything in sight. I can’t be seen for another week and I’m a little worried has anyone been threw this.
