Doula?
I grew up across the continent where the concept of hiring a doula is not at all popular. It’s quite unheard of to some of my friends back home unless they do waterbirth (also not very popular but getting more available).
I’m going to be delivering in a hospital which seems to strongly support natural birth. I haven’t thought of my birth plan yet but I think I’m not going for epidural.
What are your thoughts ladies?
