Child abuse??

This is a sensitive topic, but I want to know, do you think it could be considered child sexual abuse if one child coerced another child to masturbate? Or encourages them to/teaches them? Or is this normal sexual behavior? The children would be around 7-9 years old, same age.

That would make me concered for the child that's actually showing the other child what to do & where would they be learning this stuff at....girl that's Scary...

That is absolutely not normal behaviour and that is abusive. The abusing child is probably also being abused.

I think it would be a sign that the child instigating it is being abused. It’s not norma behavior, but it wouldn’t be considered criminal in my book, it means that the other child in the situation likely needs help, though.

Yes we had a kid in my town doing this and the kid was taken away . yes we all know he wasnt sexually abised but his parents weret getting hin help and it was risk for other kids for him to stay home woth them

Yes/ no. I would be very concerned about what’s going on in the home of that child. And why they are acting out this behaviour, kids play with themselves, and it’s important to direct them to do it in private, but this seems excessive and odd.
