Worried about miscarriage.

I've had 2 previous miscarriages, a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks 5 days and another at 6 weeks. I'm currently 8 weeks 5 days and yesterday I wiped and had some pink on the tp. A bit of brownish discharge a few hours later and mild cramps like the start of your period. I've put myself on bed rest since then. I have a scheduled ultrasound on Wednesday. I have not seen any red but wondering if I should be going to a walk in clinic or just wait for the ultrasound?
