Had sex February 14 without any protection, he finish inside me. My period is 7 days late. The last two months my period has been 4 days late but I usually have a regular period. Should I take a test already or wait more days? Could I be pregnant?

Edit: I had the urge to pee frequently, lower back pain, dizziness, and a couple days ago discharge with light pink blood, mild cramps that feel different from period cramps (I only get cramps the 1st day of my period) and a cold.
