Humm kombucha while pregnant?

Do you guys think its okay to drink kombucha? I forgot to ask at my appointment.

I’d only say no because it’s not pasteurized. The alcohol content is a negligible factor.

I dont think its safe. Non pasteurized and theres 0.5% i think of alcohol in it but i doubt that would hurt the baby.

No it’s not. It causes loose bowel movements and can be harmful for you and baby by dehydration
