New bra needed, help

I got fitted for a bra about a year and a half ago and was a 36F officially and got that in style 1 but a 36E in style 2

I recently repurchased one another 36E in style 2 as I’d incorrectly washed the previous ones causing the underwire to break through the fabric and I threw those away. However, the new bra gives me slight redness and pain where the band is (below my arm pits) and the wires in the middle doesn’t sit perfectly flat on my chest (at the band it does, but it doesn’t at the top-middle where the wires meet) Also I may have gained weight since the fitting

Should I buy style 1 for in a 36F? Go up a cup size or back size or both in style 2? Or would I need to go up a back/cup size or both in style 1?

(For the record I’m 17, don’t know if it’ll help)
