Help ASAP

Okay so I’ve had pharyngitis for almost a week and all of the sudden the last two days right above my left boob it hurts so bad in the middle like my chest. Is it my heart? Or just because I’ve been sick and coughing a lot? It’s worrying me it’s been like this for two days and I stopped taking my antibiotics bc it might have something to do with that. It’s worrying me.
