I just dont know anymore

I had a mirena removed in July 2018 after 5 years but it took 3 different doctors for removal. Ever since the removal my cycles have been spot on. Last month I had 1 very positive sign and had another faint then went to negatives. I assume a chemical but I'm not 100 percent. Afterwards AF came and it was super heavy and dark.

So now month 8...I started 2 days early without any symptoms, and its almost over after barely 4 days. So I want to believe its implantation but it just seems a little too heavy and red for that. My problem is it's a weird AF if it is but I've been nauseous and with horrible headache for 2 days now. I think these are negative but I'm crazy and see a faint line

Clear negatives right? 😔😔😔
