Had anyone had their IUD removed?

I've had my skyla for almost 3 years so it's almost time for me to get a new one. It has its pros the biggest one being not getting pregnant, but it also makes me period almost nonexistent and my skin seems to be more regulated. It however makes me nauseous, causes me back pain, depression, much lower sex drive, what has felt like a billion yeast infections, etc. I'm really tempted to remove it and just use condoms as protection, but I'm terrified of getting pregnant. I'm in my early 20s about to graduate college and a baby is something I don't even know if I will ever want a baby. I know its ultimately my choice, but I wanted to see other peoples opinions.
