Does anyone still not have their period back?

I think I remember my doctor saying 9 months was the average time for breast feeding mamas to get it back. Still no period though and I was just curious 🤷🏻‍♀️

Some women don't get it back until they completely stop breastfeeding so might not get it for a long time. The 9 months thing is because women tend to breastfeed less often from 6-9 months. If still doing a night feed and breastfeeding often your period probably won't come back for another few months. I still nurse enough for me to use it as birth control but we don't risk it.

Nope and I want 3 under 3 so it needs to hurry up! I had to supplement a little to get pregnant with my May baby and really don’t want to supplement this time around!

My son is 9 months and still no period. My doctor said it might not come back until I’m done breastfeeding. Most women get theirs back within the first year but could be up to 18 months - so you’re still within a normal range! 
Honestly, it’s been really nice not having it but my husband and I want to try for baby #2 this year so hopefully it comes back sometime this summer! 🤞🏼

With my first I got it back at 7 months but nothing yet. I breastfeed and pump.

Little man is 10 months old, and still no period. My goal is still to have 2 under 2. It's looking less likely by the day!

After both of my pregnancies I got it back 5-6 weeks post partum. EBF. I'm one of the lucky ones 😭

I got it back last month :( So so sad. But, I haven't gotten it again - so it is irregular, which it's always been like clockwork.

Yes I got it back at 7 months PP, but I stopped breastfeeding at 6 months.
