Late period

Okay so I haven’t taken a pregnancy test because I am SCARED. But I haven’t got my period for 4 days . Tomorrow will be five days , I sometimes get irregular periods . I’m just scared to take a & it’s negative . Also I’m waiting to see if it’s just one week late .
