Anyone cramp at night?!

I’m 7 weeks along, and I cramp (pretty strongly) whenever I’m relaxing and it FREAKS me out. Is this normal? Should I call the doctor about it?

Cramping is normal. I had it quite strong from 3.5 weeks until I was 7 weeks and I do still get it here and there. It got so bad for me I thought I was going to start my period at any moment. If you're a first time mom or this is your first pregnancy, it's just your uterus stretching and growing to get used to this growing baby. The only time you need to worry is if the cramps are so Intense that they're unbearable and you're bleeding a lot of red fresh blood
