Anyone develop a fever days after giving birth?

You need to talk to your doctor. I had a UTI and then mastitis with my first but it could also be a uterine infection which you do not want to go untreated!

Definitely talk to your doctor. After I had my second baby I had a fever. Went to the ER and I got diagnosed with a uterus infection. It's super rare, but if not treated it can cause infertility and even death. Good luck! I hope yours is not serious.

So my fever went away by the time I got to the hospital.    They did an ultrasound and determined they’re unsure if anything is wrong but figured I’d have pain in my lower abdomen if it it was a uterus infection.   So gave me the all clear.   Fever hasn’t returned since.

I had a fever during labor somehow, I got antibiotics for it thru iv's.
