OMG!!!!! Why me!!!!!
AGH! I’ve been posting all week about my freaking anxiety and how awful my panic attacks and periods are. So, I work out ONE DAY to try and relieve stress and that ONE DAY I strained or pulled some muscle in my chest!!!! My doctor said the first 3-5 days are the worst and that it’s going to take 4-6 WEEKS TO HEAL!!!!!! AH!!!!!!!!!!!
