Birth control question!!
I have been on the pill for about 3 years now and I am good about taking it every day. However, I know you are supposed to take it the same time every day. The only time I would be able to do it on the dot every day would be 10:00pm. My shifts at work are all over the place. Do you ladies take it at the same time every day? Does it matter if I take it that late as long as I am consistent?
