Mastitis? Help please POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION

Hey guys could this be mastitis? If so please tell me what to do? I’m experiencing this and this really making me depressed everyday it’s something new I don’t know what to do I’m just about to go to the hospital at this point.. how to get rid of thee bumps

Looks like mastitis. Call your OB and get on some antibiotics ASAP. Use a warm compress before you pump and nurse. Try to empty your breast as much as possible and any hard places message while your emptying it. Start outwards and work down towards your nipple. It will hurt but it will help loosen any clogged ducts. 
You can use a cold compress afterwards if it feels really inflamed. Full a diaper and stick it in the freezer. Works really well. Diapers work well for a warm compress too. Fill with water and microwave for a little. Holds the heat.

I would say masitis if your breast was gorged and hard and running fever because of the redness I see. Not sure about the bumps. Do they itch painful what other symptoms do you have?
