When to go to the doctors?

I can no longer hold down even a sip of water.. I take a sip and 10 minutes later and back losing the water and dry heaving 😣 I’m absolutely losing my mind because it’s also keeping me up now
*** also just found out a I have a low low grade fever**

I would see a doctor as soon as possible especially with the fever. I can keep water down but struggled with food and was still slightly dehydrated so you may need fluids. I would go in
