Insomnia
Hey guys
So I’m currently 36 + 6 with my first baby and I’m struggling so bad with insomnia every night I’m up till at least 2:30am and then im waking up 12-1 pm feeling absolutely terrible headaches exhausted etc 😭I’ve tried staying awake all day and resetting my body clock having warm shower before bed turning off my phone etc and nothing seems to be working I’m so desperate to get back to sleeping properly 😩
