Fit mommies
Hi everyone! I'm looking to buddy up with some of you who are trying to still stay fit during pregnancy! I was in the middle of training for a marathon when I found out we were pregnant! I've stopped training and now go to the gym about 4 days a week. The most I've run in a month is 2 miles. I try and get 30 minutes of cardio in a day but sometimes I feel like that's just too much. Also, I've been lifting but only 5 lbs. What are you all doing to stay fit? I'm 7w5d. First ultrasound is next Monday.
