Im breastfeeding and my milk has fully come in now. I found about a pea sized lump inside my left breast on the right side of my areola now the size of a quarter. Then I felt in the other breast and found one also the size of a pea now a quarter in the left spot of my right areola. I’m sure they are clogged ducts since they’re literally mirrors of each other and they have only just showed up since I started breastfeeding. How do I get rid of them? I’ve tried massaging in the shower with hot water but I can’t seem to get behind/around the lump bc it’s in a really odd spot.
