A little nervous.

So I'm 7w3d. My boyfriend and I had sex last night and this morning. I'm really nervous that we might of done something wrong. My dr didn't tell me not to have sex, but I do have a small bleed from last week. My dr isn't concerned about it, but what if this causes me to lose the baby? We had a healthy heartbeat at 6w1d but I'm just so nervous. I guess I'm just paranoid cause we had a mc previously and I honestly just keep expecting this one to go wrong too.
