Absolutely not. Being married doesn’t give someone unfettered access to sex whenever they feel like it. Consent is something you choose to give, not something that is just assumed. If a woman does NOT want to have sex, she has the right to say no, even to her husband or boyfriend or whom ever she’s in a relationship with. Being in a relationship is NOT automatic consent to sex, even marriage.

If she's not initially in the mood yet decides to try for her husband and gets into then sure. If she does that and still isn't in the mood then no. He should back off.
Sometimes I won't really be interested until he turns me on then I'm game.
But he would never ever ever expect me to have sex. He asks for my consent every time we get making out heavily and it seems like it's leading to sex. "is this ok? If not that's fine; we can just kiss and spend time together".

In the Bible, it says a woman should only deny sex from her husband if she is taking time to pray. The modern woman in me would respond differently, but I understand that sex was meant for marriage and was created for a man and wife to connect and become closer.
