What is considered 6months in pregnancy?

Question

Why is pregnancy months different from actually counting 30days a month? Is 21 weeks 6 months pregnant or 22? Or 24? Lol everyone seems to tell me different. Open to explanations :)

I do by this chart, or by what my OB tells me. It usually lines up so I'm guessing this is pretty accurate

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I would say I'm 6 months pregnant, even though I have 4 months to go. So I'm in my 6th month. But it's easier to say 6 months then 5.5.
