Missing a pill

So I just started taking the pills... its been a whole month now and A couple of weeks ago he came in me. I continued to take my second pack of the pill and hoped for the best but today I missed one. Now my breast are so sore how do I double up on the pill?? Do i take it twice at my reg time or take it right now? And take my pill for today at the time I take it?
