TTC with possible PCOS diagnosis

Hi ladies, I’m recently had an ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound for some pelvic pain that I’ve been having for a couple of months and these were my results?

Does this mean I have PCOS? I’m waiting on a call feom my doctor, but I don’t think I’ll get that until Monday? I’ve been trying to conceive, but ever since coming off of BC my cycles have become irregular.
