Worried about childbirth

Hi ladies, this is my first pregnancy and I’m worried because idk what tho expect or how it was go which I know no one does but anyways. I’m worried that I won’t be able to make it thru my desired natural birth. I’m so worried mostly about the fact that I do not have health insurance, and where I live our hospital has not so much of a bad reputation tho I know ppl who said their experience was not bad. I wanted to do in the private maternity ward at this hospital but the expenses are crazy. I go to a private doctor but I did not pay for a package for him to deliver simply because private doctors can’t deliver publicly at hospitals. I’m soooooooo worried. Tho I haven’t had any troubles with my pregnancy thus far and feel fine physically. 😔
