Hello I was always wondering does measuring a week ahead of your last menstrual period (i actually got it) means you conceived 7/8 days before that cycle??

No, sometimes embryos can measure ahead. My son measured a week ahead and I know the exact day of ovulation and conception.

I was told it could be a couple of things, like you mis calculated your last period, baby is just bigger and for what happened with me is i ovulated earlier, like i ovulated one week earlier my cycles were crazy prior to getting pregnant.
