My 13yo always just text me or come n say..Mom i need more pads or when u go to the store can u get pads. My 17 usually gets her own rarely asks now but ur moms a woman she will completely understand. I would b scared if my daughter didnt ask me to buy them.

Just say “I need more tampons/pads” or “we need to go to the store for tampons/pads”

Just ask her.

Or invest in a menstrual cup so she doesn’t have to keep spending money
