High levels of creatinine after birth?

I had baby yesterday, March 1st,

but whatever I’ve come this far with y’all. Anyway has anyone had an issue with high levels of creatinine in their blood after delivery? It’s associated with preeclampsia, which I didn’t have during pregnancy. I did have borderline GD. Anyone else have any issues like this? Baby is passing all his tests thank god, but I am not.
