What to wear pad or tampon BAD situation

So just got my period and tomorrow I will be in a situation where I may not be able to change for up to 13 hours 
Am I best to wear a tampon and pad 
Or just pad or just tampon
I am new to my period so tampons can be super painful unless nearly full but I still have a heavy period
Pls help!

What could you possibly be doing where you do t have access to a bathroom for 13 hours? Holding in your pee for that long is dangerous, and so is using a tampon for that long. If you can, go out and buy a cup, that’ll be your best bet for 13 hours

Heavy long over night pads n put toilet paper between ur hooha if ur heavy flow

use a big pad and if you can take midol then you should. it reduces cramps and bleeding. i don’t always rely on it but i’ll take it during school on my heavy days to reduce the flow.

What in the world will you be doing that you cant have a bathroom break for that amount of time? It takes like seconds to change a pad.

Wear an overnight pad, especially since you’re not completely comfortable using tampons.

Wear a super heavy pad. I have the same problem and super pads are my best friend.
