So I haven't started my period For February I missed it I think 10 days from when I was supposed to I went to the doctor maybe like 4 days ago to do a pregnancy test they said no. has anyone ever just not started their  Period? But had really bad cramps?

Sometimes you just skip or have super late  periods. 🤷🏻‍♀️Stress, hormone fluctuations, illness, medication, changes in diet, can all affect when we get our period, for how long, and how heavy the flow. When my husband deployed I skipped my period for four months in a row just due to stress. My doctor said not to worry unless I skipped five months without spotting between or I've had unprotected sex and think I am pregnant. Good luck girl❤️
