Pelvic pain
Long time lurker, first time posting...
We’ve been TTC for a while, I have PCOS.
Today is 9 days since I had peak ovulation (tested both with strips and clear blue)
All day I’ve had a constant ache/ twinge pain in my lower right abdomen. I doesn’t feel like cramps. This is totally new.
Could this possibly be implantation cramping? Or do I just need to stop googling symptoms? LOL
