What could this be 😰 I feel like there’s too much to just be newborn acne, she’s a month old help😰

That looks just like my little guy started getting last weekend, my dr said it’s just “baby rash” because his skin is so sensitive ( he was 11 weeks premature so his skin wasn’t fully developed and now it’s just really sensitive) I was told just to keep his skin moisturized, lotion at least 2 times a day, and it has almost completely cleared up.

Use Aveeno eczema cream, my daughter had this terribly and it worked wonders. Only a few dollars, it’s in a tiny jar, you can get it at Walmart.
