What’s the belly button pain?

Question

Yesterday I was asleep on my left side & turned over to be on my right side and got the worse pain ever in my belly button. I just figured it’s ligament pains. But could it have been something else?

They tol2 me it was abdominal recti,  muscles in ur stomach separating but mine was right next to the belly button. I asked in a Facebook group before asking my doctor lol it hurt where the red dot is. It's gone for now . Xx

Heyy, OB told me it's all normal cos it's the uterus around belly that's stretching so don't stress but if it's constant and gets bad then I think u need to go in for a check up. Take care
