help!!! i need input

my cycle is pretty normal every month. I normally start every 22-25 days. today I am 4 days late. i am starting to get very worried. i took a pregnancy test around 2:30pm (negative) and i’m going to take another in the morning with my first morning pee. am i stressing for nothing?? is 4 days late nothing to worry abt?? help me! i’m worried!
