epiduo is the best! totally recommend. or you can take a daily pill called doxycline. any dermatologist can prescribe it. those 2 together did wonders for my skin! good luck

Hi ladies need some help!! So I was on the pill for around 5 months and it gave me such bad skin (I never used to have bad skin except for the odd couple of spots) the pill made my skin that bad that I had to come off it- well it was bad in my eyes I’m sure there would be people that looked at my skin and thought it was fine but it felt bad for me.. anyway I’ve been off the pill now for about 3 months and have been using the epiduo cream that the doctor prescribed me- my skin has cleared up MASSIVELY like I can’t even tell you however I still do get the odd few spots- but I’m constantly worrying that I’m gonna wake up one day and the few spots are gonna turn into bad acne again.. anyone else felt like this? What’s everyone’s thoughts on epiduo? I can’t handle the stress. 😂 majorly regret going on the pill- wish I never did !!

Going off bc (after being on it for 10 years) TREMENDOUSLY helped my skin. The last few years of being on it just made my skin worse and worse. Of course I had no idea it was the bc until I quit it (for other reasons) and it immediately cleared up. Now I get an occasional pimple but nothing like i had. I just wish I had realized the cause sooner because I am a terrible picker and now I have some pretty bad scars. Oh well...

Epiduo worked well for me but avoid the sun at all costs. Didn't matter what SPF I wore, I would fry in minutes. I do not have sensitive or fair skin and it gave me such bad burns that I blistered. It caused a lot of dryness and peeling as well. To me, the side effects outweighed the benefits and I stopped using it.
