Crime scene

So this might be TMI but oh well 🤷‍♀️ so I went ice skating yesterday and I put in a tampon, before we where leaving I felt wetness in my underwear and knew I bled through but I didn’t really care so I got in the car, and when I got home I went to change it and when I sat down it legit fell out of my and into the toilet, I’ve never had that happen to me so I just sat there and laughed. So then I went to bed and woke up to a crime scene in my bed then I pulled out the Ultra absorbent tampons and I bled through those also I have no idea what to do when it’s this heavy of a period. So please comment your advice.
