Baby Jogger City Select yes or no??

Question

Anyone have the baby jogger city select double set up?? Do you like it?? Pros? Cons?

I got it when my toddler was a baby. I absolutely loved it. Had no complaints on the stroller. Pregnant again and I'm gonna use it as a double for newborn and toddler. I can't imagine I'll have any complaints for two kids

I have had one for 4 years and love it! I actually still use it several times a week to pick up my kindergartener from school because my 4 year old doesn’t always want to walk.
Pros: that second seat can detach so it’s just as useful as a single stroller; you can have your kids face you or each other as well as forward; it holds up really well to lots of use (we have used ours a LOT); tires don’t go flat; steers easily - even 1-handed fully loaded with kids; fits through doors; holds a lot of stuff in the basket; seat covers are washablw
Cons: it’s not a jogging stroller although you can run a little bit with it; no parent console and it’s a $500+ stroller 🙄 (just add one though); can’t hear the kid in the front talking to you; heavy; takes up a lot of trunk space compared to a lighter-weight stroller

I love mine as well! I do have a couple complaints:
-My neighborhood has a lot of big trees so the sidewalk is uneven. I have to always put my foot on the back bar and lift the front of it up.
-It doesn’t have a cupholder and I haven’t found any “universal” clip in ones.
-It is heavy but it’s not that bad, but I also think I’m pretty strong.
I would buy it again though for sure. I already use it as a double for my daughter and my nephew. They LOVE being able to face each other for walks and I love that I can fit through doors since it isn’t a sidebyside. I also already have the attachment for my infant car seat which is really nice too. I was able to use it as a jogging stroller with the wheels locked in straight position when my daughter was a year old in really smooth paved surfaces even though, yes it is not
Technically a jogging stroller.

I have one! It is heavy, that’s my only complaint. It definitely wouldn’t fit in the trunk of my husbands car, but it’s fine in my Jeep. It’s so well made though!
