What are the best/most helpful pregnancy books you bought??? Looking for recommendations as I’m not sure what to look for! Thanks!!

Both informative but the first is giovannas own experience which is really good to read and listen to on audio books for first mums

I second What to Expect, it’s really informative and has a list of medications safe for pregnancy by symptom. I also recommend The Baby Sleep Solution to all new parents. It has both of my kids sleeping through the night by 3 months old.

I have What to expect when expecting and What to expect the first year. LOTS of good information. I also have Happiest Baby on the Block, Belly Laughs, and for the guys Dude, you're gonna be a Dad! Is a good one.
