What should I do if my 1 month old constipated and she’s really hurting and crying she can’t even sleep when ever she sleeps she wakes up after couple minutes crying and squeezing I feel bad but I don’t know what to do I give her grap water  it’s didn’t work. Plz help if u know anything that can help her poop

Bicycles, light tummy massage (clockwise) with warm rag, warm baths, and time.

Sometimes checking their temp with a thermometer helps or warm baths. Sorry for your wee one.

My little one always had bad constipation. We ended up having to give her miralax and use suppositories. Give your pediatrician a call.
